"The only constant in life is change."

We are in a cycle of dramatic change in the world and especially in the United States.

Change can be welcome or resisted depending on the level of control you have over it.

In this 90 minute workshop small business owners will collaborate on how we manage ourselves and our businesses during the change events that we did not initiate.

E + R = O

This is my favorite formula from Jack Canfield on how to manage change. We'll talk about what this means and how to apply it in this live workshop.

We will explore additional insights into managing change from thought leaders Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, Seth Godin, Brene Brown and Tony Robbins.

What's different about this workshop

is that it is a collaborative small group experience based on the proven Ritamac Method for Mastermind groups.

It's an interactive learning experience, where participants are encouraged to bring challenges forth, and the group will collaborate with you by sharing relevant experiences and perspectives to help you meet these challenges

All participants learn from each other through this group experience.

If you are a small business owner, you know it can be a challenging experience to solve issues all on your own. Ritamac members usually gain valuable insights from their peers in this exciting, interactive, small group setting.

Testimonials/What Others Are Saying

My business has seen substantial growth over the last 6 1/2 years of participating in the peer group led by Rita.  I came to the group not knowing why I had no cash in the bank in spite of increased revenues.  I can happily say that I now have money in the bank!

Through the monthly financial reporting I have gained a much better handle on my cash flow and actually have set goals for and tracked the profit of my business. I have an increased awareness of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of my business and, thanks to Rita, have been tracking those too.

Working with Rita and the peers in the group has given me the confidence to know when I was ready to expand by hiring and has helped me through all those growing pains.

I owe my success to having been a part of this peer group and am so grateful to Rita and my fellow members for providing a safe place for me to bring my issues and for all the input and support over the years.

❤,

Anne
